Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out how the public website shadgramers.tech and the customer portal portail.shadgramers.tech (together, "the Services") may be accessed and used.

By accessing the Services, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

Access to the public website is free and open. Access to the customer portal is reserved for customers holding a ShadGramers subscription.

ShadGramers may suspend access to the Services for scheduled maintenance (with prior notice) or for a security emergency (without prior notice). For managed SaaS downtime, the contractual SLA applies.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any connection made from their account is deemed to have been made by them. If compromise is suspected, the user must contact ShadGramers immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory on the customer portal and strongly recommended for all administrative access to deployed stacks.

The user undertakes to use the Services lawfully and with respect for third-party rights. The following are prohibited: - Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to other customers' systems or data - Using the Services to distribute unlawful or malicious content, or content that infringes privacy - Any action liable to compromise the availability or integrity of the Services - Excessive automated scraping of the public website

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website. ShadGramers undertakes to collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the Services and to process it in accordance with the GDPR.

The open-source software used remains subject to its respective licences. The website's editorial content (text, design, the ShadGramers brand) is protected under French intellectual property law.

The website may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites, provided for information only. ShadGramers exercises no control over the content of those sites and accepts no liability for them.

Linking to shadgramers.tech is permitted provided the use is fair, not misleading, and does not harm the ShadGramers brand. ShadGramers reserves the right to request the removal of a link at any time.

ShadGramers may amend these Terms. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change. Continued use of the Services after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
