Activity
ShadGramers is a reseller and service provider organised into four divisions: Consulting (cybersecurity, software architecture), Development (custom applications), OSS (packaged and hosted open-source stacks) and Training (cybersecurity, development and AI training). Services are delivered on a fixed-price basis or at a daily rate, against a quotation.
Hosting
This website and its services are hosted in the European Union, on European IaaS infrastructure whose complete and up-to-date list is published on the “Sub-processors” page. Operational data does not transit through servers located outside the European Union. Two non-EU dependencies are assumed and documented: Stripe Inc. (United States) for payment processing, and GitHub Inc. (United States), which hosts the source code and the continuous-integration pipeline, excluding any production data.

Intellectual property
The editorial content (text, visuals, site architecture) is the property of ShadGramers. The open-source software integrated into our stacks is subject to its respective licences (AGPLv3, MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL v2/v3) — available in each stack repository. Deliverables specific to a custom development engagement are governed by the assignment terms set out in the quotation and in the Terms of Sale.
